Everyone syncs their calendar, the board shows the times that are
genuinely clear for all of you, and the group converges on one — then puts
something on the line so the meeting actually happens.

A green box costs nothing. That's why nobody shows up.
Every other tool stops once it has found the overlap. This one keeps going.
Step 1Everyone syncs a calendarGoogle, a secret .ics link, an .ics file, or just tap the times. It reads busy blocks only — never titles or guests.
Step 2The board finds the clear timesOne person's conflict is the table's conflict, so a green slot is green for everybody. Anyone can propose a time of their own.
Step 3Stake chips, then show upFive chips on the times you'll really attend. It closes itself when nothing can catch the leader. Turn up and they come back; don't and they burn.

Times on the table
You’re already at a table.
Just looking? — four people already synced and staked, so you can see the whole thing without waiting for friends.

What can’t you make?
The board only needs your conflicts. Everything else stays open, and staying open is not a promise — that part is the chips. Busy blocks only, never titles or guests.
Three ways. Pick one, or none.
1Google Calendardemo
Doesn’t contact Google and asks you for nothing. Fills in a plausible week of busy blocks so you can see what a synced board looks like.
2A calendar filereads your real calendar
Export a .ics from Google, Apple or Outlook and drop it in. It is parsed here in your browser and never uploaded — no server sees it, because there is no server in this path at all.
3Just tap the timesno calendar at all
You only have to flag what you can’t do. Tap once for can’t make it, twice for only at a push, a third time to clear it. Anything you leave alone stays open — which is not the same as promising to be there. That part is the chips.
All of this is optional. Skip it and you go straight to the chips — the board just won't know who's already booked.

Solo table. The room service isn't reachable, so this board lives in this browser only. Everything works, nobody else can see it.
